Sinful & Sweet

You may be wondering what these little balls are. Well, they are just about the most yummy things around. They are sin to eat because they are so addictive that you wont be able to stop. They are called, Gulab Jamun, and they can be found at most Indian restaurants. I would describe them as little fried pastry dough balls that float in a sweet syrup. They are served warm and they are really soft and super yummy! My friend and I went to the Indian Buffet for her birthday yesterday and she made me call the owner a couple days before to make sure that he had these on the buffet line for her birthday. Ha! Happy Birthday (yesterday) Michelle!

SheRoos... I have tried to get the recipes for these balls. We'll have to make them when I go to SLC next time... they are great.

Beak..yes, we will have to go there and eat some naan and galub jamun before I take off for home next week.
