Happy Lunar New Year!!

Most people say "Happy Chinese New Year" but they fail to realize that there are many other countries that celebrate New Year on the Lunar Calendar....like Korea. This year, I got together with a family that I am VERY close to and we made mandu (dumplings) for a special soup. It was a neat experience but tedious. The Halmoni (grandma) made tons of filling and so we had to continue wrapping. I think we made about 600 pieces. It was insane....but delicious! We made homemade skins.....
