Autumn Ravioli

Okay....these aren't the best looking raviolis in the world. I guess I could have topped them with shredded Parmesan and some garnish....oh well! Here is the story though. I saw a recipe in a magazine for Butternut Squash Ravioli. I bought everything and planned on making them for weeks. It never happened! I finally had the time and couldn't find the recipe. I ended up making them in a rush and in typical "Sandi Style" aka "chuck everything in a bowl and make it up as you go." They turned out SCRUMPTIOUS! I think the recipe went something like this:
1 pkg. frozen winter squash, 1 egg, a few spoonfuls of breadcrumbs, a bunch of shakes of Parmesan cheese, a few spoonfuls of cream cheese, salt and pepper. Then you just mix it up and spoon it into Chinese dumpling wrappers and boil. Yup...just a "throw it in and enjoy it" kind of recipe. YUMMY!

Okay, seriously, I'm going to need more specifics so I can make these right away. And if you ever find the real recipe (or know what magazine it was from) PLEASE pass that along. I've been wanting to make butternut squash ravioli for, oh, at LEAST a year and have never found a recipe I wanted to try.
