S'Mac NYC....

I have been wanting to try this place for a LONG time. I heard about it through a friend and then saw I have seen it mentioned on the Food Network and other programs. It was no disappointment! You can click HERE to read more about it.I got there on a Saturday evening and it was PACKED! It is small and SUPER cute! The menu is 100% Mac n' Cheese and it is scrumptious! They serve each order in a little cast iron skillet...cute. It was too packed to find a place to sit so I walked two storefronts down to their "take-out" shop. It was equally busy....but this way I could take it to a park and relax. I got their small "nosh" size portions and tried 2 different kinds, the original and the Parisienne. I thought that the original, All American Cheddar, was amazing....but the Parisienne failed to hit the spot. Most people would have LOVED it but I think that some of the flavors were too funky for my taste buds....brie, figs, rosemary, and roasted shiitake mushrooms.I think I'll stick to the All American next time and maybe try the Mediterranean. Yum!
