The city was invaded by the Smurfs this summer in anticipation of their movie coming to theaters in August. I saw various billboards advertising them but this was my favorite. I first saw it as I was driving home from Brooklyn on the BQE one day. I knew that it was impossible to take a picture of it and still live (the BQE is one FAST moving expressway). I was excited to see the same billboards in a convenient place....42nd and 8th Avenue. Isn't it cute?! Total NY theme...I love it!
