My mom's birthday was on Monday and we had fun celebrating! 
Aren't these mini sundaes at Sonic adorable? They are about two bites of ice cream but they are sooooo cute that we had to stop and get one.

We went to a place called Monsoon Tappen-Yaki Grill for dinner that night. It is a Japanese place that does the "Benihana" style cooking at your table. We had to chuckle because our chef was named JUAN and was just as good as many of the Asian chefs that have cooked this type of food for us before.
It was fun to watch him light the dishes and plates on fire. He tossed our bowls of rice up in the air and caught them, etc........... I really liked the tower of flaming onions though!

We went back home and had a chocolate fudge cake........that was my moms request...yum!
