How could I forget St. Patty's Day? I usually look forward to it in the Spring because it is an excuse to "celebrate" in a time of lingering cold temperatures. I was SUPER busy this year and so it almost passed me by. Not before I got to my favorite Irish diner for a yummy Reuben sandwich though. Just a typical St. Patty's in NYC.......everyone eating their pastrami and slaw while watching the parade on TV.

so jelous. that is my ULTIMATE favorite sandwich ever!!me and my dad used to eat these all the time when i was growing up. now i'm lucky if i get one every couple of years...

Ya...it was pretty tasty! How ironic, I started to like that sandwhich because my dad used to eat them too. How funny!
