We celebrated my mom's birthday last week while I was still in Arizona. I made the cake the night before and Beak came over to supervise. The "Three Musketeers" in the picture below.....loved dipping graham crackers (and anything else they could find) in the cake frosting.
The cake turned out to be pretty yummy! I was nervous that it would be a little funky because I meshed together 3 different recipes to end up with this crazy creation. I guess you could call it a Devils Chocolate Coconut Marshmallow cake with Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting. Yum!
We set the table for dinner table after church and then Beak and Spencer came over for dinner, games, and cake.
We had delicious food and Spencer brought over his "bocky-bock" creation (buffalo chicken strips from out of this world).

Best darn cake I have EVER eaten! Thanks Sandi for putting sooooo much thought into the creation. Loved those games with all of Spencer's "creative" answers! And yes, didn't you know that I am a great artist? HA
