Super foods...

So, I have been eating a lot of sweet potatoes lately. I have always eaten them but not in the same way. I used to put butter and salt on them like a regular potato. Now, I just bake them until they are super toasty and then I keep them around so that I can grab one to eat for snacks. I learned that "trick" from my Korean friends. They are soooooo yummy and filling by themselves. I was at one of my favorite stores this past weekend and I saw this book. Look what I found! Sweet potatoes are one of the SUPER foods! I guess they are indeed a great snack!
