Chinese Mystery

Isn't this a neat looking building? Well, what you can see of it anyway (I had to stick my camera through a chain link fence to take these pictures). I have watched a construction crew work on this building for almost a year now....it still has a big ugly plywood fence around it because it isn't complete. I am curious about it though....they have put SOOOO much detail on the exterior and I want to know what the inside is going to look like. Is it going to be a cultural center or a church? Hmmmm......I have no idea. I'll let you know when I find out though....I am excited to see it.
