Fun Saturday with friends......

I have made good friends with the mom of one of my students. She called me the other night and asked if Jose and I wanted to go see the new movie CORALINE with them.....so we decided to go. It was a really weird/fun movie. We went out for Korean food afterward and it was delicious as always. This is a HUGE pot of soup that we all shared. It had a bunch of vegetables in it as well as shrimp, clams, and a whole octopus that I watched the server cut up into a million pieces right at the table.Jose and I at the table and then our friends "C" and "C" getting their chopsticks ready to dig in.....Here is Jose in action with his chopsticks....We all got to write our name on the wall after lunch. I drew a big picture of CORALINE on the wall. I couldn't get her face out of my head after such a weird movie.We went to a HUGE lake in our neighborhood in the afternoon to see the ducks on the frozen water and get on the swings....it was fun!The sky was really pretty as the sun was setting after a "semi-Springish" day......
