It's Groundhog Day!

Just another reason to miss my parents and think that they are absolutely the coolest people on earth! They always have so much fun together and one of the things they do every year is celebrate Groundhog Day. Random, right? They watch the Groundhog Day movie and then they usually have some type of "ground hog" in the recipe that my mom cooks for dinner that night. I was there for the "celebration" a couple of years ago and we made a yummy soup that had some sausage in it and that counted for our "ground hog." Fun, right?!
