Fried Green Tomatoes

Did you ever watch that movie Fried Green Tomatoes? I have seen it a bunch of times and I really enjoyed it. I have been reminded of it on a regular basis as I stare at my tomatoes daily and hope to seem them turn red soon. If they don't change soon....I am making some fried green tomatoes. Here are a couple of baby bell peppers starting out. I am also growing some banana peppers and they produced very quickly. They were cooked up in an omelet and digested a few weeks ago...yum!
