My parents took me to an amazing restaurant in Carillo to celebrate a little more. The restaurant is part of a resort called Guanamar. Isn't the view amazing? It was really stormy that night but it was still beautiful and I loved seeing the lightening show in the distance.
Of course I had fish again.....I try to eat as much fish as I can when I am in Central America....it is delicious!
We went back to the restaurant the next morning to check out the view after the storm. Breathtaking!
