It's street fair time again....

Here are some pics from a street fair I went to on Madison Avenue a few weeks ago. I was walking down 34th Street and passed 2 (count them 2!) parades on my way. There is ALWAYS a parade of some sort going on in NYC.....no joke! Passing Macy's Harold Square on my way down 34th Street.....Some of the tents at the end of the street fair......I took this picture of some African baskets that a woman was selling...they are really cool and it made for a neat picture......I always like to look at the funky jewelry and things that they sell at the fairs.....I saw this lady and had to chuckle...this is a true dog lover! She has a little stroller for her doggy...Parade #1....It was some type of Scottish parade.....Parade #2....these two pictures are from a parade celebrating the Philippines
