Happy Birthday Guys!

Lots of birthdays in the month of May.....Happy Birthday to my AMAZING dad.....Happy Birthday to my MAGNIFICENT brother Royce.....And...Happy Birthday to the WONDERFUL Mr. Jose....I made this cake to celebrate Jose's birthday with him. I am a fan of chocolate cakes but Jose loves fruity cakes. I threw together some "fruity" ingredients and it turned out pretty good. In fact...I thought it was SCRUMPTIOUS!I used a Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix beat it for a LONG time. I baked it and then topped it with a couple different layers. The first one was a vanilla pudding mix that I beat with 1/2 can of crushed pineapple and most of the juice from the can. I let it set up a little in the fridge and then I topped it with whipped cream. YUM!
