My plants are coming along pretty good! I have 4 tomato plants, 2 basil, 4 peppers, and a rosemary plant. I am looking forward to some tasty summer meals! 
I grilled some chicken and turkey hot dogs the other night...they turned out really good. I decided to grill some garlic too...delish!
I marinaded the chicken and it was GREAT! Marinade:1/2 cup olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 2 T Cajun seasoning, 1 T lemon juice, 2 T minced parsley, 1 T brown sugar, 1 T soy sauce, 3 chicken breasts sliced.

Ya...the chicken got a little crispy...but it was tasty!
