Good movie in the making!

Way to go Hillary Swank! She has taken on another tough role by planning to film a movie about a young woman who has been given the challenge of living and dying with Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS). This is a horrible disease that can hit anyone (even though usually men) at any time....it definitely needs more attention in the media and more financial assistance for medical research. Any extra attention to fighting ALS is important and this movie should be able to help the lives of many people by spotlighting the disease and more importantly how it affects the lives of many people directly. You might remember from one of my previous posts......that one of my companions from the MTC was diagnosed with ALS during her mission and had to go home after serving only a few months.
