This post is for the bockiest friend I have....I call her Beak and her real name is Michelle. She loves to laugh at how inventive I have to be sometimes....hey....you don't have much space living in such a big urban city! I don't have space for a bunch of different sizes of cookie sheets and I don't mind using what I have so....lasagna is cooked in a ring at my house instead of a casserole dish. 
This picture is of the first lasagna I did this way.....Michelle almost wet her pants in laughter when she found out I baked a lasagna in a bundt pan. 
I made lasagna again last night and I thought about her with every layer of meat sauce, veggies, noodles, etc. that I put in the pan.....Ha! Wish you would have been here to share it with me Michelle....too bad for you because it was really good!

ok so now i really feel left out. you've made this dish twice now, and both times you haven't even saved me a bite!
go to fed ex, and pack the damn thing in dry ice and overnight it to me. it will probably only cost about 45$ to ship it. ;)
oh and by the way, this recipe is soooo ghetto!! i luv it! i will put this recipe in my cookbook and i'll be sure to tell the origin of it and give you all the credit. i remember the time that you put one of my dishes over a pot on the stove. that was the day i realized you really were from queens NY !!! ;) heart u squacks!

What dish are you talking about? You mean like if you didnt have a top to a pot and so I put a plate on top of it or something? Ya, I learned that trick from Pat Munroe girlfriend!
That looks super yummy right now, I must have some. The shape is cool. That might get some kids I know to eat their dinner!
ooh, looks good. Too bad I don't have the ingredients or we would have lasagna TONIGHT!
