Birthday CONTINUED....

Yesterday I was invited over to Beak's house (Michelle) for a birthday dinner. For those of you who do not know Michelle....she is like Emeril, Rachael Ray, Martha Stewart, Barefoot Contessa, Paul Deen, (and whoever else you can think of), all rolled into one. She cooks ALL of the time and she can make just about ANYTHING! She whipped up two of my FAVORITE recipes and we devoured millions of calories as we played Scrabble and laughed, and laughed, and laughed. Thanks for the fun Michelle (and her other half Spencer)!
