A "Paint Your Pigs" Party

What a fun night! Beak (Michelle) and I were talking on the phone this afternoon and decided to get together for a late night chat session. We each made a dip so that we would have some goodies to munch and the plan was to "paint our pigs" (as Michelle would say) and then do a face mask. The picture below might not look too appetizing but don't be fooled.....the dips were divine! (I'll post the recipes on another entry later)Sun-dried Tomato Dip and Wickedly Sassy Cranberry Salsa with Cream Cheese...YUM!Michelle chomping away...she looks so "sneaky" in this picture...love it! Don't you like how I captured the Olympics on the t.v. in the background? Nice!It didn't take long before the dip looked like this.....YES....we did some serious chomping!Then we busted out the goods.....face masks, polish, lotion, etc.TaaaDaaaa....I now present.....the bright painted "pigs" in all their glory!Before...............After..................This would be ME with the lovely mask ALL OVER my face. It smelled REALLY good though and it felt amazing!This picture is the best one of the night....it takes the GRAND prize! Those little gel cucumbers felt sooooo good because they were perfectly chilled. My mom always keeps them in the fridge so we can grab them when we need them.....The temptation was too much....Michelle couldn't resist any longer and decided to "take a bite" of the cucumbers....ha!We laughed so hard while we did our "facials" that we seriously almost wet our pants and I wouldn't be surprised if we woke up the neighbors with our roars and outbursts of laughter. The night began after she got her 6 (yes, I said 6) kids in bed around 10:00 pm and we ended at 2:10 am. What a crazy, crazy, night.......Thanks Michelle!
