Plum Jelly time....

We heard about a Plum tree in town that was PACKED with plums and the birds were the only ones eating them. We decided to fight with the birds and pick about 15 pounds ourselves.....we went home and made Plum jelly. It was fun because I had never canned before.....and it sure tastes good! Here are some of the steps that we took to make our yummy jelly. Here are a few of the bottles. We made a TON more though. I wanted to make some JalapeƱo Raspberry (my favorite) but didn't make it to the store to get my Raspberries. My mom already washed everything up and I don't want to dirty it again because then I'll have to clean it up. How lazy of me....right? I'll make it next time!
