Ohhh New Orleans....

Ohhhh New Orleans....I love you so! Man, I miss this place and I would LOVE to go back. My mom and I had a BLAST there together last April. I especially have New Orleans "on the brain" right now because tomorrow is FAT TUESDAY and Mardi Gras begins! I am sure that it will be crazier than ever since they won the Super Bowl this year!I wonder how many pounds of these will be eaten over the next few days? I cant imagine the line at Cafe Du Monde or how many craw fish (aka Mudbugs) boils will be happening all over the city. I absolutely love the name Magnolia (I love the flower too). It would be fun to have a place called Magnolia Cafe someday. What could I serve there? Pies and Lemonade? Hmmm....I'll have to think about that.....
