Snow Day.....again!

What do you do on a snow day when there is no school and the whole city shuts down? You do RANDOM things that you normally wouldn't have time to do. A friend gave me a gift set from Knott's Berry Farm for Christmas this year. I decided to bust it open and use the pancake mix to make some "pancake puffs." I had sooooo much fun making them with one of my nephews a few years ago and so I decided to give them a try. They turned out scrumptious!Then a couple friends (who teach at my school) called me up and asked if I wanted to order lunch and play cards or something. I couldn't drive so I took the LIRR a few stops down the road. It was fun to hang out and chat with good friends on a snowy....snowy day!I wonder when the next snow will hit? I think they said Tuesday...ugh!
