Well, I didn't have any "ground hog" but I did have a little hog. I NEVER buy bacon...but I had a package left over from a recipe that I did for my parents when they visited in November. I decided to get it out of the freezer and make some delicious B.S.T. sandwiches. Yup.....they were B.L.T.'s because I made them with spinach instead of lettuce. They were SUPER yummy! I was reminded of home and summer with every bite that I took. My mom can make a MEAN B.L.T. Yum!
