Haunted House.....

Doesn't this picture look like a "rainbow" family? Ha! I was teaching on Saturday and some of the mom's heard that I was meeting Jose at a haunted house that night. They all decided to go too. The only surprise was that as we approached the entrance, the parents backed out. That meant that Jose and I would be taking these three kiddos through the house. It was truly hilarious! I am sure that we were a sight to behold. I walked with the little girl in front of me and hugged her from behind. Jose was behind me with each of the boys in a headlock as he coached them through it. They were all SOOOO terrified! One even tried to run away and escape through the exit. Too funny!

It was new to them and they, in the end, had a blast! We walked out and two clowns chased us with chain saws. The boys almost wet their pants and as we rounded the corner and were "safe"....one of them said, "That wasn't scary at all." Ya right! We all were on an adrenaline high and our throats were scratchy from all of the screaming but we managed to get in a few rounds of "Shoot the Zombie" in the paintball arena. What a night!

Thanks for the fun guys! I hope you slept well that night.....ha! Oh, thanks for inviting us over for a yummy dinner and Uno war afterwards too. Don't feel bad that little "H" and I kept winning....we'll play again soon. Ha! Sincerely, Ms. Munroe
