My kind of traffic....

I drove into Manhattan the other day so that I could do some shopping and then walk around Central Park. There is NOTHING like Central Park in the Fall! Anyway, traffic in Manhattan is hit or miss. I usually have good luck and the taxi's keep moving and the traffic flows nicely. Well, not this time! I was in a gridlock for blocks. Ugh! Oh well, I still say that sometimes, the best views of the city are seen during traffic. You usually are in such a rush that you don't have time to slow down and enjoy the view! Crossing the Brooklyn Bride......

I snapped a picture of this"vendy" as he struck a James Dean pose and contemplated life. Ha! I was stopped on 8th Avenue, on my way to Columbus Circle, and noticed him.
