Shrimp Spring Rolls....

My oldest brother, Michael, knows how to make some amazing Vietnamese food. He has made delicious Viet Spring Rolls for years. They have become a family favorite! I was inspired to tweak the recipe and try a new creation. I have to admit that they were indeed yummy....but NOT as yummy as my brothers recipe. I mixed ground pork with chopped up shrimp. Then I added in some scallion, white onion, cabbage, garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. I threw it on the wrapper (not an egg roll wrapper), rolled them up, and fried them. YUM!

These aren't the same brand of wrappers that I usually get, but they worked just fine.
