Baby Blanket

My friend SheRoos is having a baby boy in the next few weeks and so I knew that I would need to get a present ready for her and BabyRoos. I had gone to a baby shower for a friend back in November and saw a really cute blanket that someone gave as a gift. I took some pictures and a few mental notes and planned to try and make one some day. Then I remembered BabyRoos and I had a reason to make one. This is my attempt at making my first "quilt" and I think it turned out pretty good. I wanted to post about it a long time ago but I couldnt because I didnt want to ruin the surprise for SheRoos since I hadnt mailed it to her yet. The reason I made the burp cloths was because I had scraps from the baby blanket and then bought some "girl" material too because it was so fun.
