The Lobster Pot

Before going to Provincetown, I had never tried raw clams or oysters. Well, I don't think that I had tried them before. Don't you think that I would remember something like that? Well, I went to the Lobster Pot and tried them. One word....HEAVENLY! They were soooooo delicious!You take these bad boys......You throw some of this junk on them......You admire your beautiful creations......And then you throw throw your head back, open wide, and let those baby's slide down as you enjoy an explosion of flavor. They were sooooo fresh and yummy! It was fun. Now I kick myself for not trying them in New Orleans. Next time!
